学科专长
包爱民教授带领的小组致力于神经性疾病、精神性疾病以及内分泌疾病症状与体征的神经内分泌学发病机制研究,目的为寻找合理治疗策略的新靶点。我们采用(1)细胞系以及被确认具有临床特征的动物模型,(2)临床患者体液(血液、唾液、脑脊液)检测以获得参与疾病发病机制的系统、激素与神经递质信息以及脑成像信息,(3)死亡后人脑材料,包括荷兰人脑库所提供的死亡后人体下丘脑与体液标本,研究疾病相关症状与体征的下丘脑结构与功能性改变。研究课题将聚焦于抑郁症、帕金森氏病、阿尔采末氏病、精神分裂症以及在这些疾病症状中扮演重要角色的人脑性别差异。与此同时,对于生理与上述疾病病理条件下所测定激素、神经递质水平进行相关生物学节律研究。
