张丹丹，女，出生于1981年，博士，浙江大学医学院副教授，硕士生导师，研究方向为复杂疾病的生物学机制研究。于2002年7月在华东师范大学获学士学位（专业：生物化学）；于2007年7月在复旦大学获博士学位（专业：遗传学）；于2007年11月-2010年8月期间，在美国芝加哥大学进行博士后训练，主要从事甲基化和复杂疾病的遗传学研究。于2010年9月到浙大任职。
工作研究领域
复杂疾病遗传学，包括大肠癌和代谢综合征等。目前参与国家重大课题一项《上皮间质转化在结直肠癌转移中的作用及机制》。
