现为浙江大学医学院附属第一医院泌尿外科主任、教授、主任医师、博士生导师。从事泌尿外科临床和科研工作20多年。承担及参加“十一五”国家科技攻关计划、国家自然基金、教育部、卫生部、浙江省科技计划项目、浙江省医药优秀人才专项基金、重大横向项目等课题十余项。在国内外重要学术期刊发表论文50余篇。参与编写专著4部。已获国家专利11项。

学科专长和研究方向：
主要研究领域为泌尿系肿瘤、泌尿微创外科及前列腺疾病。近年来，作为主要负责人参与基因工程制药，腹腔镜器械研发，医学可视化技术等工作。
