Academic community position: Standing Committee member and Secretary of Nephrology community of Zhejiang Medical Association. Deputy Director of expert Committee of hemodialysis quality control center in Zhejiang Province. The member of Youth committee of Nephrology community, Chinese Medical Association
Qualifications and research experience: Study for clinical medicine in Zhejiang medical University in 1992 to1996. Finished MD work between 1998 and 2003. The research was being supported by one Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province, and several Science and Technology Agency Foundation of Zhejiang Province. Several Science and Technology Progress were awarded. Have one Design Patent.
Research direction: expert in treating refractory nephropathy. Management of blood purification. Renal transplantation and periprocedural management.

1. Establishment and evaluation the vascularization bone marrow—kidney integrated modal
2. Epidemiological investigation of CKD in Chinese adults (Zhejiang Province)
3. Analyze the model of the blood monocyte and urine protein mass spectrometry in adult refractory nephropathy
4. Establishment the digital model of the recipient in renal transplantation, construction of biochip.
