Jin Jingfen is the graduate student supervisor,who has gained bachelor degree and now having postgraduate courses in the school of Nursing Fu Dan University.She is also the deputy head of nursing department and director of nursing education department of the second affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University ,where she is in charge of teaching and research parts ,meanwhile ,she is the chairman of emergency Professional Committee of Chinese nursing association and the chairman of outpatient and emergency Professional Committee of Zhejiang nursing association ,the academic leader of emergency specialist nurse training base of Zhejiang province, editorial of 《Journal of Nursing》、《Nursing care and Rehabilitation》and reviewer expert of《Chinese Journal of Nursing》、《Journal of Chinese Nursing Management》and 《Journal of Chinese Hospital Management》.In 2010, she was granted as outstanding scientific and technological worker of the whole nation.
She has been charge nurse of emergency room for 15 years since 1993, what’s more ,she is the teacher of 《emergency nursing》course in Zhejiang University and City College of Zhejiang University and teaches postgraduate course《the latest progress of modern nursing》in Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Previously she was invited by Chinese Nursing Association, Ningxia Autonomous Region Nursing Association,Wuhan tongji hospital, Chinese Medical Doctor Association to give presentations and lectures nationwide.The project《The research on the standardization administration of emergency nursing procedure》,what she undertook ,has won the third of Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award , the second of Zhejiang health innovation award and the second of the seventh National nursing scientific and technological progress award in 2004 and 2005, in addition, another project 《The application of overall trauma assessment in the emergency》she took recently won the same awards in 2012. The project she undertook in 2004 is《The software development and utilization of emergency triage management procedure》,which has gained National Copyright Administration of Copyright Patent in 2007.During recent years she is the person in charge of national continuing education project《simulation training and the new technology of emergency》,furthermore,she is in charge of 8 departmental level projects and 1 Provincial level project,which are listed as follows:Provincial science and technology department project is《The research on emergency nursing information management》；Health department research fund projects are《The research on the standardization administration of emergency nursing procedure》，《The research on the application of overall assessment of trauma in the first aid》，《The software development and utilization of emergency triage management procedure》、《The research of repositioning techniques in PICC malposition》《The research of different peripheral venous blood sampling methods on hemolysis rate in emergency room》respectively;Office of Education research fund projects are《The research on the simulation training in the emergency nursing teaching》,《The application-control study of exercise training in chronic heart failure patients》respectively.
So far ,she has published more than 40 nursing theses in national Ⅰand Ⅱ level journals,among which two has been included by SCI. Her representative academic theses and projects are as follows :《Repositioning techniques of malpositioned peripherally inserted central catheters》is published in 《Journal of clinical nursing》of 2012,《Application of revised trauma evaluation program in emergency treatment of multiple injuries》is published in《Chinese Medical Journal》of 2006;《Practice of manual repositioning techniques in PICC malposition》, 《The research progress of repositioning techniques in PICC malposition》, 《The influence of different peripheral venous blood sampling methods on hemolysis rate in emergency room》, 《Nursing care and drug toxicity of 68 patients with Myasthenia Gravis》,《Influence of solid anticoagulants on arterial blood electrolyte》, 《The clinical research on the simulation training in CPCR training》《The research on intravenous low temperature liquid》were published in《Chinese Journal of Nursing》;《The building and practice of hospital specialized intravenous team》, 《Application of quality control circle campaign in emergency transport safety of critically ill patients》were published in 《Journal of Chinese Hospital Management》.《Application of total process management in the emergency nursing administration》was published in 《Journal of Chinese Nursing Management》.《Research of trauma score and assessing in emergency triage》,《The nursing of delayed-type allergic caused by intramuscular injection of tetanus antitoxin》,《The exploration on the standardization administration of emergency nursing》were published in《Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine》.
