Professor Benyan LUO is Chief Physician and Director of the Department of Neurology, First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University of School of Medicine. She is also Supervisor of PhD Candidates and Director of the Academic Degree in Neurology at Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Her academic activities include member of the Chinese Medical Doctors’ Association, younger member of the Chinese Society of Neurology, member of the Neuropsychology branch of the Chinese Society for Neuroscience, member of the Group of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment, member of the Group of Neuropsychology and Behavioral Neurology, and Vice-chairman of the Zhejiang branch of the Chinese Medical Academy. Professor LUO is engaged in research on aphasia, cerebrovascular diseases and neuropsychology, has been awarded several national and provincial grants, and has published more than 50 papers.
