Education and Practice:
He graduated from Zhejiang Medical University in the year 1983, and achieved Bachelor’s degree. After further education and research in Switzerland, he achieved doctor’s degree in Cardiovascular Centre, University of Zurich, in 1996. He has gone to West Virginia University in America for further training for one year. Till now, he has been dedicated in clinic practice, education and science research for over thirty years. He is highly experienced In valve surgery, vascular surgery, off-pump Coronary artery bypass , complex congenital heart disease and so on，every year, he operates more than four hundred cases of heart surgery for average, which is far more than the other cardiologists around the whole province, the achievement ratio is highly advanced in China.
He has performed heart transplantation, one of the patients has survived for eleven years，performed combined heart and lung transplantation for two cases, both survival time created new record during that time. At the same time he has his special excellence at Minimally Invasive Surgical Technology of Thoracic surgery、He took charge or participated in more than 10 science projects, cultivated more than ten masters and six doctors.
