Xu Nong, M.D. Medical Oncologist, Director of the Department of Medical Oncology, The First Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University. Members of Executive Board in Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology and Board of Molecule Trageted Therapy in Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, Associate Director of Board of Medical Oncology in Anticancer Society of Zhejiang, Member of American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), Member of European Society for Medical Oncology(ESMO). Dr Xu Obtained the degree of master of medicine oncology from Zhejiang University and his training from Zhejiang Cancer Hospital.His further medical training: profesional training in oncology and clinical observation in Mater Hospital in 1999, Brisbane Australia and ASCO Multidisciplinary Cancer Management Course（MCMC）in Xian China in 2005 as well as National GCP Training in Shanghai Fudan University in 2002.His major research interest is Gastrointestinal Cancers and Lung Cancer, Translational resarch and clinical resarch in targeted agents, pharmacogenetics and pharmacogenomics of anticancer agents.He has authored more than 70 original publications in the field of interest,10 original English publications with SCI and as first author or correspondence author in 7 papers. He has also authored two books in mediacl oncology.He had three research grants as a primary investigator and two phase I trials in new agents and more than 20 phase II or III studies as a primary investigator or participant.
