Dr. Zheng Min trained at Zhejiang University,Medical School, Hangzhou where he received his Bachelor Degree of Medicine in 1982 and Master Degree of Medicine in 1988. From 1993, Mar. to 1996, Jan. He then received postgraduate training and Doctor Degree of Medicine in Dermatology Department of Christian-Abrecht University in Kiel, Germany.

Dr. Zheng Min's research interests include skin inflammatory diseases, fibroblasts, keratinocyte, T lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophil and dendritic cell growth and differentiation, mechanisms of inflammation, and chemokine biology. He has lectured widely on these topics and received several ministry and provincial awards for his work.
Dr. Zheng Min is also active clinically, and Director and Chief of Dermatology department of Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University. He is also a recognized expert on autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),atopic dermatitis and psoriasis etc. He is particularly interested in the neuropsychiatric complications of SLE, and is involved with a large group of co-investigators in studies of immune mechanisms underlying cognitive dysfunction in this disease.
He received his Professorship in Dermatology in 1999 at Zhejiang University. He is the author of over 240 peer-reviewed scientific journal articles, abstracts and book chapters. He is also Editorial board member of 《World Journal of Dermatology 》. His Dermatology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital is recognised as National Key Clinical Department of Dermatology and will be sponsored by both National Health Ministry and Finance Ministry.
