His strong area of academics includes the diagnosis and treatment as well as laboratory research on pediatric hematology-oncology. He is very familiar with profound experience on the chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell transplantation for common pediatric hematological and oncological diseases including leukemia, lymphoma, neuroblastoma etc. He is also an expert on using multi-parameter flow cytometry in the diagnosis and research in pediatric and adult hematological and oncological area. He is with profound experience in the research area of pediatric hematology-oncology and immunology using cellular - molecular biology and molecular immunology.
Research interests: He is currently focusing on the study on monoclonal antibody engineering and targeting treatment for pediatric hematological malignancies particularly in leukemia and lymphoma.
He has published more than 110 peer-reviewed papers and 30 English Meeting Abstracts in both English journals and Top Journals in Chinese. He has been awarded two Pronvincial Science and Technology awards and one national patent.
