Research findings：
The main research fields are on the early diagnosis and treatment of primary pulmonary carcinoma and venous thromboembolism(VTE).Presiding many scientific projects.About 20 research papers was published in international and chinese leading magazines as first or corresponding author in recent 5 years.The details are as follows:
1.Early diagnosis of primary pulmonary carcinoma
Researching on lung cancer since 1995.Using cytological and molecular technics to analyze lung cancer cells via bronchoscopic brush,confirmed that several mutual gene mutation may induce the formation of cancer.Then stating to intervene in these gene sites by using SiRNA interfering,which finally inhibited the growth of lung cancer cells.Duing recent 3 years,emphasizing on volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in the expirated gas of lung cancer patients,preliminary results demonstrated that VOCs between lung cancer and non lung cancer patients had significant difference.At present she initiated to focus on the molecular biology mechanism of production of VOCs in lung cancer patients. Supported by Foundation of Zhejing Scientific Committee and Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province of China.
2.The diagnosis and treatment of VTE
Co-participating in the “Tenth five” Key Technologies Research and development programme on pulmonary thromboembolism.Presiding many projects from Ministry of Health and provincial projects. One paper was in conference speech during The European Respiratory Society 16th Annual Congress.The results of anticoagulation on pulmonary thromboembolism were well used in many teaching hospital.A project of early diagnostic protocol about pulmonary thromboemosim is put into practice since 2006.At present，go in for the molecular mechanism of cancer related thromboembolism。
