It's hard to put Disneyland 's atmosphere into words, and no web site could ever hope to properly convey how it feels to be there. So do yourself a favour.

Cost of the trip

We went Disney with a travel agency. They picked us up at UCLA and sent us back when we returned. The total cost for the tour is 75 $ per person. However we had to give extra tips to our drivers. The price is 2 dollar per person for one driver.

Tickets for Disneyland and California Adventure

Disneyland and California Adventure are located face to face. Both of them need tickets to enter. Tickets are available at UCLA ticket center. For Disneyland or California Adventure only it is about 40 dollar; for both of them, the ticket is around 61 dollar. We didn't buy tickets there, since we booked in a travel agency. For us, the money spent on ticket is 59 dollar per person.

The visit— Disneyland

My feeling about Disneyland is hard to express. Some of the facilities make me realize that I no longer belong to a pure and innocent world, but some others bring freshness and excitement as well to me.

The original Disneyland in LA is not as grand as the one in Florida . Play fields in both of the Disneyland and California Adventure are high density. If it was not for the reason of waiting in a queue, one day is enough for the two places.

I do believe if I were ten years younger I would much more like the Disneyland than California Adventure. All the servants in Disney World always wear beautiful smiles. And those kinds of smiles not only bring amiableness but also arouse your feeling of peace. You will begin to fantasy that you are dreaming a fabulous dream.

 
Disneyland 's parade

At the entrance of Disneyland , there are many “entertainment times guide”. Of cause, they are all free. You can easily check the time of shows, parades and fireworks. They will help you arrange your timetable quite well.

Don't throw the ticket away. You may need it when you try to get a quick pass. Not every facility has quick pass. But once it has a quick pass, it means you will have fun inside of it. The shortcut brings us much convenience. It allows you to play without waiting in a line. The only thing you need to remember is the time printed in the small piece of paper which tells you when you are available to use the quick way and usually the time is 1 or 1.5 hours after you get the quick pass.

This visit—California Adventure

In Adventure, you can also save time by taking a shortcut. What you need when play in California Adventure is gallantry. I enjoy the feeling of losing gravity and the thrill of speed. It is not easy to judge a facility by its appearance. Some times you do not know what will happen even you find you are tightly fastened to a chair.

 
California Adventure

You should definitely try the elevator (the right straight one) and the stroller (the left one). When play the stroller, one of my friends nearly drop her glasses. You can imagine how fast the speed.
