个人简介:

89年和94毕业于浙江大学医学院获学士和硕士学位,2005年毕业于浙江大学获理学博士学位。96至97年在联邦德国吕贝克医科大学解剖所留学1年。先后在香港中文大学(2003-2005、2006)作博士课题和博士后研究、香港大学分子生物学研究所作博士后研究(2008-2009)。目前为浙大医学部基础系教授,博士生导师。是Toxicology letters,Microscopy technique &Research和The Anatomical Record等杂志审稿人。已经发表SCI论文30余篇:

研究方向 :主要研究兴趣为阿尔茨海默病(AD)脑衰老分子机制和脊髓损伤后神经再生分子机制。研究手段:1).神经元原代细胞培养和PC12、SK-N-SH细胞行为学观察;2).荧光标记的LNA miRNAs探针原位杂交检测;3).免疫荧光突触标记、激光共聚焦显微和免疫电镜的神经元形态学研究;4).实时定量PCR法检测神经元miRNAs成熟体表达;5).免疫印迹法测定;流式细胞仪检测凋亡率;6.miRNAs基因沉默。
正在开展的课题:miRNAs对AD模型脑内神经元突触形态学影响的分子机制;脊髓损伤后神经再生分子机制。
