个人简介:

浙江大学免疫系主任,浙江大学免疫学研究所教授、博士生导师,浙江大学免疫学科带头人。主要从事恶性肿瘤及传染病基因治疗与免疫治疗的基础和临床研究。在国内首先开展了树突状细胞与肿瘤细胞融合方法制备新型肿瘤瘤苗研究及肿瘤细胞与树突状细胞来源的Exosomes新型疫苗研究。在国内外专业期刊上发表论文六十余篇,部分研究成果已达到国际先进水平,以第一申请人申请国家发明专利12项,已授权10项。主持并开展了树突状细胞为基础的免疫治疗研究,建立了我国恶性肿瘤树突状细胞治疗的技术规范。该研究项目通过SFDA新药审评,目前已完成II临床期研究,并报SFDA申请三期批文。
