个人简介:

研究方向:三氧化二砷(As2O3)及其活性代谢产物(如一甲基和二甲基亚砷酸,以及含硫砷化合物)对线粒体的损伤及呼吸链复合体的影响,以及对急性早幼粒细胞性白血病(APL)分化和PML-RARα融合蛋白降解机制;适配体(Aptamer)靶向治疗肿瘤疾病及药物开发。
