魏启春 主任医师，博士生导师，浙江大学肿瘤学博士。现任浙江大学医学院附属第二医院肿瘤放疗科主任，省医学会肿瘤放射治疗学分会委员，入选浙江省新世纪学科带头人“151人才工程”。2002年5月-2003年4月留学瑞典乌普萨拉（Uppsala）大学医院肿瘤科和Rudbeck实验室，2005年以来多次访问该校，进行每次4个月的合作研究。
1992年毕业后留校在浙江（医科）大学医学院附属第二医院从事临床科研工作，历任住院医师，主治医师，副主任医师，2005年起任主任医师。2005年4月起任医院肿瘤放疗科副主任，2010年4月起任医院肿瘤放疗科主任。擅长头颈部肿瘤、食道癌、肺癌等恶性肿瘤的诊断和综合治疗。在乳腺癌保乳术后放疗和直肠癌术前放疗方面做了较多工作。曾留学瑞典学习先进的肿瘤放疗技术，在国内较早开展X-刀治疗，适形放疗，调强放疗等肿瘤立体定向精确放疗工作，积累了丰富的临床经验。研究工作主要在肿瘤靶向治疗和放射生物学研究领域。研究受国家自然科学基金项目（批准号30470501、30970863）和浙江省科技计划项目（2009C34018）等资助，以EGFR、HER2等细胞表面结构为分子靶，利用生物导向药物载体（脂质体、纳米胶束等）进行肿瘤靶向治疗和放射增敏相关研究。建立了一个肺癌放射抗拒细胞亚系，并对其分子机理进行了研究。作为通讯作者和第一作者（或研究生为第一作者）发表SCI收录论文9篇，作为合作者发表SCI收录论文3篇，参加编写《肿瘤放射治疗技术》等多部医学著作。
