王志萍博士，现任浙江大学神经科学研究所研究员、博士生导师。2001年本科毕业于清华大学神经生物学系。2008年博士毕业于美国杜克大学（Duke University）神经生物学系。2008-2013年在美国加州大学圣迭戈分校（University of California, San Diego）从事博士后研究，2013-2015年晋升为助理研究员。主要研究成果包括发现了调节神经发育的蛋白质量控制机制，保守蛋白EBAX-1在其中作为桥梁结合了分子伴侣蛋白和蛋白降解系统来控制神经轴突导向信号受体的蛋白质量；通过基因筛选发现了调节受损神经再生的新信号通路以及通路之间的相互作用；发现了在学习记忆过程中感受钙离子信号和传送AMPA谷氨酸受体的关键分子马达。代表性研究成果发表于Cell、Neuron等国际顶级期刊，合作研究成果发表于Neuron、Nature Cell Biology、Oncogene等国际著名杂志。Cell、Nature、 Science等权威学术期刊对其研究工作进行了专栏介绍和点评。 主要研究方向包括：（1）以线虫和小鼠为模型研究蛋白质量控制系统在神经发育和神经回路形成过程中的重要性和机制；（2）通过基因筛选研究损伤神经再生的分子机制，以及高通量筛选促进神经再生的小分子药物。主要实验方法包括高分辨率共聚焦定点神经损毁和成像、遗传筛选和药物筛选、CRISPR/Cas9基因组编辑技术等技术。 发表文章 1.
