来茂德：教授，主任医师
    1982年毕业于浙江医科大学医学系，1987年获医学硕士学位。1990年获联邦德国吕贝克医科大学博士学位。中华医学会病理学分会候任主任委员、中国医师协会病理医师分会副会长、浙江大学病理学和病理生理学系主任、国家重点（培育）学科、浙江省重点学科—病理学及省重点实验室（浙江省疾病蛋白质组学重点实验室）学术带头人。国家新世纪百千万人才工程培养对象。 国家科技支撑计划项目“代谢综合征的早期识别和干预技术研究”首席科学家。国际期刊Clinica Chimica Acta 、Open Proteomics Journal和Pathology and Laboratory Medicine International的编委。

     在国际上首次发现胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-相关蛋白1（IGFBP-rP1）是一个在结直肠癌中高表达的基因，并且其表达与病人血糖密切相关。后续的研究证明IGFBP-rP1是一个抑癌基因，其表达受该基因第一外显子的甲基化调控；发现RegIV是一个在结直肠肿瘤中高表达的新基因，可能是一个预警腺瘤癌变的生物学标志；分离鉴定了新神经内分泌标志物促泌素，开发了用于神经内分泌癌诊断和治疗监控的外周血促泌素检测方法，并已用于临床病理诊断；在国内最早开展实体瘤微卫星不稳定性研究，建立了系列的研究方法，为将微卫星不稳定性检测用于临床提供了可能；在生物信息学与分子病理学结合应用上进行了开拓性的工作。

主要研究课题：作为首席科学家设计并得到国家立项“十一五”国家科技支撑计划“代谢综合征的早期识别和干预技术研究”总经费3668万元，其中国家经费3023万元，由本人作为课题负责人的经费约1000万元；承担国家“973”项目子课题一项；主持国家自然科学基金和浙江省科技厅重大项目等20余项。

主要研究和教育成果奖：获得省部级科研成果奖6项，包括浙江省科技进步一等奖1项。国家教育成果二等奖3项（一项第一，一项第三，一项第五）。国家级精品课程《病理学》负责人。

主要荣誉奖：全国优秀教师，国家教委霍英东高校优秀青年教师奖、享受国务院特殊津贴。浙江省青年科技奖、浙江省有突出贡献的中青年科技工作者和浙江省青少年英才一等奖。

论文、教材和著作: SCI收录论文51篇，最高影响因子8.894（2004年，是当时浙大医学院所有研究工作在本土完成的最高影响因子期刊论文）。已在本学科顶尖期刊如《J Path》、《Clin Cancer Res》、《Am J Surg Path》、《Mod Path》、《Histopathology》、《Virchows Arch》等杂志上发表了论文。中文论文100余篇。主编卫生部研究生规划教材《医学分子生物学》、副主编卫生部七年制和八年制规划教材《病理学》、几乎参加所有病理学方面的主要著作和教材。主编研究专著《上皮内瘤变》、《恶性肿瘤组织病理学分级图谱》、《 Intraepithelial Neoplasia》(该书全英文，所有400多张病理图片都是中国人的，是国际上该领域的第一本专著，由中国高教出版社和世界著名图书出版公司Springer联合出版，目前在全世界销售，在国际病理学界有很好影响)。
